Kristy Bell, Owner/Operator and Licensed Conveyancer at Bell Conveyancing, boasts an extensive 23-year career in the Property Industry.
Starting out in Conveyancing at just 18, Kristy quickly fell in love with everything property-related. Balancing a full-time job in Conveyancing with raising her young family, she also managed to complete an Associate Degree in Law at Southern Cross University in 2012.
Keen to expand her horizons, Kristy dabbled in Real Estate for five years. There, she soaked up knowledge about Business Management, Sales, Property Management, Marketing, and, most importantly, putting customers first.
Kristy's passion lies in providing top-notch service, which is why she built her business with busy clients in mind. She firmly believes that in today's hectic world, being flexible with services is the key to keeping customers happy.
Kristy was announced a national finalist in the Australia Small Business Awards in the Conveyancing Category in 2024 and 2025.
Tammy Hennessy

Tammy brings a genuine passion for conveyancing, backed by over 10 years’ experience working in property law. A licensed conveyancer for the past six years, she has developed a well-rounded skill set across a broad range of transactions, including residential, rural, commercial and industrial matters.
Her background in accounting firms adds an extra layer of insight, allowing her to approach transactions with a strong understanding of the business and tax implications, particularly in relation to GST and land tax.
Tammy also has strong knowledge of subdivisions and boundary adjustments, having worked closely with developer clients on large residential and industrial projects.
Having lived and worked in various regions across NSW, Tammy connects easily with clients from all walks of life and locations. She is known for her warm, approachable nature and her ability to guide clients through what can often feel like a complex process.
For Tammy, the most rewarding part of conveyancing is the client journey itself.
She takes pride in making sure her clients feel supported, informed and at ease every step of the way, always taking the time to understand their individual circumstances and deliver a consistently high standard of service.
Kate Lynch

Born and raised in Bathurst, Kate brings a strong local knowledge and a wealth of real estate and legal experience to the team. She began her career as a real estate agent and co-owner of Raine & Horne Oberon, where she managed residential sales and office operations while her husband led the rural and livestock division.
After taking time out to raise her two boys, Jack and Tom, Kate completed her Conveyancing and Law Practice studies through Macquarie University in 2021. She has since worked as a Conveyancing Assistant within a law firm and also as a Tenancy Consultant for VERTO Tenancy Services in Bathurst.
Kate is passionate about property law, client care, and delivering smooth transaction experiences. Outside of work, she’s an accomplished athletics coach, holding Level 3 Athletic Development and Strength & Conditioning qualifications. She coaches with the Western Region Academy of Sport and enjoys time with her sons, now at university, or getting her hands dirty on the family farm near Woodstock.
Kylie Mason

Kylie is a Licensed Conveyancer with over 12 years of experience in the property industry. Throughout her career she has built a strong reputation for clear communication, attention to detail, and providing reliable, personalised service to every client she works with.
Kylie understands that buying or selling property can feel overwhelming at times. She prides herself on guiding clients through the conveyancing process in a practical, straightforward way, making sure they feel informed and supported at every stage of the transaction.
Her approachable nature and commitment to client care have helped her build long lasting relationships with clients, agents, and industry professionals. Kylie believes that strong communication and trust are the foundations of a smooth and successful property transaction.
With a genuine passion for the property industry, Kylie believes every home holds its own story and a lifetime of memories. Being part of such an important milestone for her clients is something she finds incredibly rewarding.
Outside the office, Kylie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, travelling, and occasionally indulging in a little retail therapy.
