Kristy Bell, Owner/Operator and Licensed Conveyancer at Bell Conveyancing, boasts an extensive 23-year career in the Property Industry.
Starting out in Conveyancing at just 18, Kristy quickly fell in love with everything property-related. Balancing a full-time job in Conveyancing with raising her young family, she also managed to complete an Associate Degree in Law at Southern Cross University in 2012.
Keen to expand her horizons, Kristy dabbled in Real Estate for five years. There, she soaked up knowledge about Business Management, Sales, Property Management, Marketing, and, most importantly, putting customers first.
Kristy's passion lies in providing top-notch service, which is why she built her business with busy clients in mind. She firmly believes that in today's hectic world, being flexible with services is the key to keeping customers happy.

After dedicating 14 years to serving in the Police Force, Naomee embarked on a new path, earning her conveyancing qualifications from Macquarie University.
Naomee is committed to delivering an exceptional client experience, striving to streamline the process for our clients at every turn.
In addition to her professional pursuits, Naomee also serves as a Justice of the Peace. When she's not busy with work or civic duties, you can find Naomee unwinding by camping with her family, indulging in a good book, or tending to her garden.

Charlotte has joined the Bell Conveyancing team as our Receptionist and Conveyancing Administrator in our Orange office.
Charlotte is the friendly face (and voice!) greeting our clients, keeping everything organised behind the scenes, and supporting our conveyancers to make sure your property journey is as smooth as possible.
She brings with her a warm personality, a sharp eye for detail, and a genuine passion for helping people feel at ease during one of life’s biggest milestones of buying or selling property.
