Kristy Bell, the Owner/Operator and Licensed Conveyancer for Bell Conveyancing has over 23 years in the Property Industry.
Having started in Conveyancing when she was just 18 years old, Kristy soon discovered that Property was her passion. She completed an Associate Degree in Law at Southern Cross University in 2012 while working full-time in the Conveyancing field.
To broaden her knowledge in the property industry, Kristy then went on to work in Real Estate for 5 years where she gained knowledge in Business Management, Sales, Property Management, Marketing and most importantly Customer Service.
Kristy believes in the customer receiving exceptional service at all times which is why she began her business with the busy client in mind. Kristy believes that, in these busy times, flexibility when providing services is the key.
Kristy was announced a national finalist in the Australia Small Business Awards in the Conveyancing Category in 2024 and 2025.
Amy completed her Conveyancing and Law Practice Studies at Macquarie University in 2021.
Amy supports the team as a Paralegal, assisting with residential sales and purchases.
With 11 years of experience in Property and Accounting, Amy brings to the team a passionate, effervescent energy ensuring efficiency in your conveyance.
Amy believes efficiency is the key in providing an excellent client experience.
When Amy is not in the office she enjoys cooking and spending time with her family.
Becky House joins our team having started her legal career at 18 years of age in England. Since then, Becky moved to New Zealand and continued to work in Property Law. Becky has been in Bathurst now for the past 5 years and during this time has studied NSW Conveyancing at Macquarie University.
Becky prides herself on helping people every step of the way in their property journey and with what is often, the biggest investment they ever make in their lives!
In her spare time, Becky loves running and enjoys horse riding when she can.
After serving in the Police Force for 14 years, Naomee completed her conveyancing qualifications through Macquarie University and is now a Licensed Conveyancer. She is currently undergoing training and learning the ropes from a Conveyancing-only firm.
Naomee is dedicated to providing the best possible client experience and strives to make the process as streamlined as possible for our clients.
Naomee will be operating from our Orange office and will be assisting Becky House with each Conveyancing matter.
Fun fact about Naomee: she is also a Justice of the Peace and in her free time, Naomee enjoys camping with her family, reading, and gardening.
Born and raised in Bathurst, Kate brings a strong local knowledge and a wealth of real estate and legal experience to the team. She began her career as a real estate agent and co-owner of Raine & Horne Oberon, where she managed residential sales and office operations while her husband led the rural and livestock division.
After taking time out to raise her two boys, Jack and Tom, Kate completed her Conveyancing and Law Practice studies through Macquarie University in 2021. She has since worked as a Conveyancing Assistant within a law firm and also as a Tenancy Consultant for VERTO Tenancy Services in Bathurst.
Kate is passionate about property law, client care, and delivering smooth transaction experiences. Outside of work, she’s an accomplished athletics coach, holding Level 3 Athletic Development and Strength & Conditioning qualifications. She coaches with the Western Region Academy of Sport and enjoys time with her sons, now at university, or getting her hands dirty on the family farm near Woodstock.
Janelle's journey began in Narrabri, NSW, before she made the leap to Bathurst in 1982. Starting her career at Silvas Newsagency in 1983, she then transitioned to the National Australia Bank (NAB) in 1984. With almost 13.5 years of dedication at NAB, Janelle pivoted to join the dynamic team at Peter Rogers Real Estate. There, she flourished under the mentorship of Peter and Shelley Rogers, eventually assuming the role of Office Manager with Michael and Stacey Whittaker. Continuing her trajectory in real estate, she became the Head of Management at McGrath Bathurst for an extended period.
After nearly three decades in the real estate realm, Janelle gracefully retired, only to embark on a new chapter as a Conveyancing Assistant at Bell Conveyancing. Armed with 27 years of invaluable experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the team and the conveyancing industry as a whole.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Janelle finds immense joy in spending quality time with her two beautiful grandchildren and her husband. Her passions extend to outdoor pursuits like walking and adventuring, alongside the art of culinary exploration – a skill that is cherished by her colleagues at Bell Conveyancing.
